Spinnville Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 8, 2026
Overview
Spinnville is a level-based mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the app, how that information may be used, and the choices available to you.
Spinnville does not require account creation and does not operate a dedicated gameplay backend. Most game progress is stored locally on your device. However, third-party services used by the app, including Apple and Google, may process information as described below.
Information Stored On Your Device
Spinnville stores gameplay information locally on your device so the app can work properly and save your progress. This may include:
- selected level and highest unlocked level
- best scores, stars, and local leaderboard entries
- whether sound is enabled
- whether ads have been removed on the device
This local game data is not used by us to identify you personally.
Advertising
Spinnville uses Google AdMob to display interstitial and rewarded ads. Google and its partners may collect or process certain information in connection with ad delivery, fraud prevention, measurement, and, where permitted, ad personalization.
This information may include device identifiers, IP address, diagnostic information, performance data, and information about ad interactions. Depending on your region and applicable law, you may be shown consent or privacy choice messaging before personalized advertising is used.
Learn more about how Google uses information here: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
In-App Purchases
Spinnville offers a non-consumable in-app purchase to remove ads. Purchases, payment processing, and purchase restoration are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.
Apple may provide us with limited transaction information needed to confirm the purchase status, such as whether the Remove Ads entitlement is active.
Sharing
If you choose to use the Share with a Friend feature, Spinnville opens the iOS share sheet so you can share content using services available on your device. The app does not operate its own social network or messaging backend.
Any information you share is handled by the destination app or service you choose, subject to that service’s own privacy practices.
How Information Is Used
Information described above may be used to:
- save your progress and local scores
- unlock and restore the Remove Ads purchase
- show ads and rewarded ad opportunities
- prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid ad activity
- maintain app functionality and troubleshoot problems
Data Sharing
We may rely on third-party service providers whose SDKs are included in the app, including Apple and Google. Those providers may process information as needed to provide purchases, ads, consent flows, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and related services.
We do not sell personal information directly through a separate data brokerage business. However, ad technology partners may process data for advertising-related purposes as described in their own policies.
Your Choices
- You can remove the app from your device to delete local app data stored on that device.
- You can use the in-app Restore feature to restore a prior Remove Ads purchase.
- You can disable sound and reset local game progress from within the app.
- You may have additional advertising privacy choices depending on your region, device settings, and consent messages shown in the app.
Children
Spinnville is a general-audience game and is not directed specifically to children under a defined legal age threshold. If you believe personal information has been provided inappropriately, contact us using the contact details below.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of the app after an update means the updated policy applies going forward.
