FutbolFight is a football debate party game. We built it to be fun and simple, and we collect as little as possible. You do not need an account, and we never ask for your name, email, or other personal details to play. This policy explains what limited information is involved when you use the app.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not require you to register or sign in. We do not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or location.
Information Processed When You Play
- Debate selections. When you tap FIGHT! or "Who's right?", the league, team, and season you selected (and the resulting debate topic) are sent to our server to generate a debate prompt or verdict. These choices are about football, not about you, and are not linked to your identity.
- AI content generation. To create debate topics and verdicts, our server sends your football selections to our AI provider, OpenAI, which returns generated text. This text is processed to provide the feature and is not used to identify you.
- Daily Debates. The Daily tab downloads a small public file of debate prompts. No information about you is sent to retrieve it.
- Server logs. Like most websites and online services, our server may automatically record standard technical information such as IP address, device type, and timestamps when the app requests content. This is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
Information Stored on Your Device
The app stores a few small settings locally on your device only — for example, whether you've seen the welcome message and a counter used to decide when to ask you to rate the app. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Advertising
FutbolFight is free and supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect and process device information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, and ad-interaction data. We request non-personalized ads by default, but Google may still process limited data for purposes such as frequency capping, aggregated reporting, and fraud prevention.
You can control ad tracking on your device:
- On iOS, manage tracking under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and limit ad personalization under Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
- Learn how Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Third-Party Services
The app relies on these third parties, each with its own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob (advertising) — policies.google.com/privacy
- OpenAI (debate text generation) — openai.com/policies/privacy-policy
- Apple (app distribution and the optional rating prompt) — apple.com/legal/privacy
Children's Privacy
FutbolFight is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will address it.
Data Retention
We do not maintain user profiles. Standard server logs are retained only as long as needed to operate and secure the service, then routinely deleted. Advertising data is handled by Google per its own retention practices.
Your Choices
- Limit or reset your advertising identifier in iOS Settings, as described above.
- Stop all data processing described here by uninstalling the app.
- Contact us with any privacy question or request.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and the current version will always be available at this page.
